Why physios join us

Six reasons. None of them say
"competitive benefits package."

The clinic model wasn't built around the people doing the treating. We started Physio Vibe to fix that — for our patients, and for the physios who care for them.

Freedom, not flexibility-as-a-perk

Set your hours. Pick your neighborhoods. Decline a referral when it doesn't fit. We dispatch around your real life — not the other way around.

Pay that respects the clinical work

Per-visit splits well above the Quebec clinic average. Top-performing physios working full schedules clear $90,000–$130,000 a year. Travel time is built into the rate.

The Physio Vibe app + AI companion

Voice-to-note clinical documentation. Route-optimized scheduling. AI-suggested exercise programs from the latest evidence. Auto-billing. The admin work that drains other clinicians — we built software that handles it.

A team that's actually a team

Mobile work doesn't have to mean isolated. Monthly clinical case reviews, quarterly team dinners, a Slack that's actually useful, and a senior physio you can call between visits.

The full patient story, not 20-minute slices

You'll see the same patient through assessment, recovery, and prevention — in their actual environment. The clinical learning is faster and the outcomes are better.

Convenience, both sides of the door

Routes that minimize drive time. Patients ready before you arrive (the app reminds them). A treatment table in the trunk that actually folds in 8 seconds. Small stuff matters.

The Physio Vibe app

Built by physios.
For physios.

The same companion app every Physio Vibe therapist uses on every visit. It's not a dashboard with a wellness label — it's the working tool that makes mobile physio actually feasible.

Voice-to-note documentation

Talk through your assessment, the app writes the SOAP note. Edit before you save. Saves 30–40 minutes per day on charting.

Route-optimized scheduling

The app sequences your day to minimize drive time. You see the next address, the parking notes, and the patient context — before you've left the previous visit.

Evidence-based exercise library

1,200+ exercises tagged by condition and progression. Auto-suggested programs you can edit, send, and progress in two taps.

Auto-billing & receipts

Patients are charged automatically after each visit. Insurance receipts are emailed before you've packed up the table. You never chase payment.

Direct line to the clinical team

Stuck on a complex case? Senior physios are on chat. Tricky insurance situation? Operations responds within an hour during business hours.

A day in the life

A typical Tuesday
at Physio Vibe.

Schedules vary by therapist. The constant is: you're in patients' homes, you're not in meetings, and you're done by dinner.

8:30 AM

Coffee. App check-in.

The app has your route ready. You see today's 5 patients, drive times between them, and any notes flagged by yesterday's visits. No morning huddle, no triage meeting.

9:00 AM · Outremont

First visit — initial eval, 60 min

Sarah, 41, recurrent low back pain. You take a full hour for the assessment, hands-on work, and a starter exercise plan. The AI companion has her intake prepped and surfaces the relevant patterns from her medical history before you walk in.

10:30 AM · Westmount

Follow-up — 45 min

Jean, knee post-op week 6. Manual work and progressive loading. Voice-to-note charting happens while you treat. He logs the session in the app before you've packed up.

11:45 AM · Plateau

Follow-up — 45 min

Sport-injury return-to-run. Quick reassessment, a tweak to his loading plan, exercise progression sent to his app.

12:30 PM

Lunch. On you.

You decide where. There's no clinic break room. Some therapists batch lunch + admin time; others split visits around their kid's school pickup. The app respects whatever block you mark as unavailable.

1:30 PM · Mile-End

Follow-up — 45 min

Post-op shoulder, week 4. Range of motion has come back faster than expected — you progress her loading and message the surgeon's team via the app.

2:45 PM · Outremont

Last visit — 45 min

Pre-natal pelvic-floor follow-up. The 30 minutes of buffer between visits is what makes mobile work feasible — drive, reset, mentally prep, walk in calm.

4:00 PM

Async time. Or done.

5 patients down — typical day. Most of your charting is already finished. You can shoot a Loom to a patient about their home program, message the clinical team about a tricky case, or close the laptop. The choice is yours.

CRV allows me to set up my own schedule and treat the patients that I want hassle-free. Would recommend it to any physio looking to be more independent.

Physios deserve more than what is currently on the job market. We decided to provide ultimate flexibility and a competitive compensation up to the standard of care our physios provide to our patients.

After eight years in private clinics, I was burned out on the 20-minute conveyor belt. The first month here, I remembered why I picked physio. Patients in their homes, the time to actually treat them, and software that doesn't fight me on charting.

I was worried mobile work would feel isolating. It hasn't. The clinical chat is genuinely useful, the team dinners are actually fun, and I see my colleagues more often than I did at my last clinic — where we shared a treatment room.

I started Physio Vibe because the physios I respected most kept leaving the field. Pay was bad, schedules were brutal, and the software was insulting. We built the thing those clinicians said they wanted — and now we're hiring them.

Frequently asked

Questions before you apply.

Is this a full-time role or contract?+
Both. We hire full-time, part-time, and 1099 contractors. The role description above reflects the three formats — pick the one that fits your life and we'll talk specifics on the first call.
What does compensation actually look like?+
Per-visit splits well above the Quebec clinic average. Top-performing therapists working full schedules earn $90,000–$130,000 annually. We share exact rates in the first interview because the right number depends on your volume target, role type (FT vs contractor), and which region you cover.
Do I need my own car and equipment?+
You'll need a car and a Quebec driver's license. We provide the rest — treatment table, assessment tools, the Physio Vibe app, and a starter equipment kit on day one.
What does the Physio Vibe app actually do for me day to day?+
It's the working tool, not a dashboard: route-optimized scheduling, voice-to-note clinical documentation, an AI companion that surfaces patient history before each visit, an exercise library you can deploy in two taps, and auto-billing. Most therapists tell us it saves them 30–45 minutes a day on admin.
What's the onboarding process like?+
Two weeks of paid shadowing with a senior physio, full app training, a gradual ramp-up of your patient load over the first month. You're never thrown in cold.
Can I work part-time alongside a clinic role?+
Absolutely. Many of our part-time physios pair us with clinic shifts. We just ask for a minimum of 8 visits per week so the patients you take on get real continuity.
Which areas can I cover?+
All of Greater Montreal — the Island, West Island, South Shore, Laval, and North Shore. You pick which neighborhoods are on your route. Most therapists pick 2–4 adjacent areas.
Do I need to be bilingual?+
Functional French is helpful but not strictly required. We have unilingual English physios, unilingual French physios, and fully bilingual physios on the team. We match you to a region and patient mix where your language fits.
